<h4>Responsibilities:</h4>

<li>Coordinate with retail/branch stakeholders to address site inspection outputs and building risk actions, ensuring updates are recorded on central tracking systems.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the distribution support team to cascade details of mobile/visiting supply chain personnel to the retail/branch network.</li>
<li>Engage with landlords to address building-related impacts, inspection requests, and coordinate consents and access/maintenance permits.</li>
<li>Update internal environmental reporting with saving plans and sustainability/CNZ reports from central business intelligence dashboards.</li>
<li>Track and manage budget approvals in accordance with specified financial processes.</li>
<li>Maintain the parking allocation database and act as a CS liaison with Physical Security for assigned car parking allocations.</li>
<li>Process and code network utility bills, engage with utility providers for queries, and ensure proper invoice coding.</li>
<li>Coordinate and communicate with the retail/branch network to ensure effective progress and completion of scheduled fire/safety drills.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the retail/branch network to maintain the availability and application status of Emergency Response Plans.</li>
<li>Coordinate health and safety (H&S) inquiries and requests between the retail/branch network and CS health and safety manager and provide necessary liaison support as guided.</li>
<li>Coordinate with appointed consultants regarding the status of building statutory permits until permits are issued and received.</li>
<li>Maintain H&S notice boards, ensuring compliance with internal policies and guidelines.</li>
<li>Liaise with appointed training providers to schedule health and safety training, manage payment coordination, and ensure timely certificate issuance.</li>
<li>Serve as an interlink between selected project frontier teams and the retail/branch network, reporting progress on execution of project requirements.</li>
<li>Follow up on payments with H&S suppliers, vendors, and service providers internally.</li>
<li>File H&S documentation, training certificates, logs, and reports, ensuring timely soft copy backups.</li>
<li>Update branch network emergency response team sheets, identify training gaps, and maintain up-to-date records.</li>
<li>Update fire drill trackers based on conducted drills throughout the portfolio.</li>
<li>Attend meetings with the H&S Manager, prepare meeting minutes, and manage the attendee logbook.</li>
<li>Prepare meeting minutes for Safety Committee Meetings and ensure proper documentation.</li>
<li>Maintain active and up-to-date Labour Office Health and Safety Checklist documentation as directed by the CS health and safety manager.</li>
<li>Support preparation of Civil Defence Letters and issuance following internal signatory and stamping. Supporting compilation of required documents, training and subsequent follow-up with the relevant consultants until license issuance.</li>
<li>Engage with relevant internal stakeholders to collate evidence for business engagement and internal audits.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure retention of CS assets/equipment from outgoing employees.</li>
<li>Upload relevant documents to specified intranet locations.</li>
<li>Engage with the retail/branch network to record, track, and progress assigned internal H&S actions.</li>
<li>Perform other administrative and support tasks as required.</li>

The US salary ranges take into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Under the supervision of MHPSS officer and the Mental Health Psycho Social Support (MHPSS) Technical Advisor (TA), the psychologist will be responsible for providing individual/group sessions for UASC and child at risk and youth need psychosocial support identified through the project activities and referrals. S/he will be responsible to conduct the needed assessments and customize the session topics based on the identified needs of the target group. S/he will also be responsible for organizing group support and awareness sessions to UASC children and children at risk and their families, and refer those with acute psychological needs to specialized services.</p><br> <p>The project is funded from the Swiss Development Corporation (SDC) and will be based in Aswan. The project duration is one year from January 2026 to December 2026. The project will be targeting Sudanese community in Aswan based in Aswan field office, and the team will be working and based across 3 friendly scpaces in areas with high Sudanese concentration as Karkar and Nasr Elnuba, working on multisectors</p><br> <p>- Child Protection: case management for children exposed to protection risks, besides providing emergency cash and protection for cash. It will also include mentorship program for children especially the unacompanied and separated children. Additionally, there will be capacity building for community leaders and teachers on CP and safeguarding. Furthermore, there will be awareness raising for children on their rights, besides awareness for their parents as well.</p><br> <p>- MHPSS: providing groups and individual mental health and psychosocial support to the children in groups and also individually according the care plan of each child. There will be also positive parenting groups conducted for the parents. Moreover, there will be community events held to enhance their wellbeing and integration.</p><br> <p>- Education: it will include renovation for community learning centers of Sudanese community, beside training to the teachers on the main technical and socio-emotional mechanisms. The project will provide education grants as well for the children enrolled in these centers. There will be also programs provided to the children who dropped out to enable them to return back to school, and other program for children who have weak literacy skills.</p><br> <p>- Livelihood: the component will have two tracks; wage employment and self employment. The 1st track will include capacity building for the beneficiaries followed by matching to employment opportunity. Beneficiaries will be supported by cash assistance and apprenticeship for 3 months. The 2nd track will be self employment starting with capacity building for the beneficiaries then provision of seed fund to start their business. Beneficiaries will have at least 3 month of coaching and monitoring. Vocational training will be also provided based on need.</p><br> <p>- Cash Assistance: the project will provide multipurpose cash assistance for vulnerable families, besides winteriation assistance as well. There will be also awareness raising on money management for those receiving the cash assistance.</p><br> <p>- Health: will include emergency nutrition screening and rapid nutritional support provided to newly arrived crisis-affected children and women. Additionally, there will be support to the public health system by training provision to staff and providing medical supplies. There will be also trainings for mental health, and GBV-related service providers in Aswan.
