Job Title: Logistics & Delivery Officer Department: Operations<br>Job Purpose<br>The Logistics & Delivery Officer supports smooth and timely delivery operations at the Fulfillment Center by ensuring order quality, dispatch readiness, driver compliance, and accurate operational reporting. Issue Resolution Identify and escalate delivery quality or operational issues. Support investigations into late, incorrect, or failed deliveries and customer feedback. Assist with corrective actions to prevent recurring issues. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate daily records of quality checks, rejected items, discrepancies, and dispatch readiness. Support weekly reporting on delivery performance, quality trends, and operational gaps. Maintain documentation and compliance records to support operational audits.<br>Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience2–4 years of experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, fulfillment, or operational roles. Hands-on experience in fast-paced delivery or fulfillment operations is preferred. Experience working with drivers, dispatch operations, and delivery quality is an advantage. Skills Good understanding of last-mile delivery and dispatch operations. <p>As an <strong>HR Recruiter (Driver Recruiter)</strong>, you will be responsible for finding, vetting, and onboarding qualified CDL drivers.
