<p><h4>Key responsibilities / What you do:</h4>
<p>The Claims Management – Tracking Officer is responsible for monitoring all direct claims received from providers in line with Nextcare standards. This role ensures that Nextcare’s operational standards are met with maximum productivity and efficiency.</p>
<p>Regularly review and track claims from providers, including these key duties:</p>
<ul>
<li>Verify claim submissions for completeness.</li>
<li>Confirm adherence to the required submission formats, such as general and detailed statements of account.</li>
<li>Perform initial checks comparing the count of physical claims received against the statement.</li>
<li>Provide timely feedback for corrections, missing information, or format discrepancies.</li>
<li>Organize received claims into batches according to standards and deliver physical claims to the Retrospective team.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation, feedback, and endorsements for the following:</li>
<li>Communicate directly with providers if claims lack information or do not follow submission standards; if unreachable, escalate to provider OPS for support.</li>
<li>Return claims with incomplete administrative details to the provider.</li>
<li>Direct providers not registered on TATSH to the MPM team for setup.</li>

<li>0 to 2 years of management experience preferred in the healthcare industry (TPA, insurance companies, hospitals, medical centers, or pharmacies).</li>

The ideal candidate will move beyond traditional visibility execution, using data analytics to drive strategic pricing, mix optimization, and trade spend productivity.</p> <p> </p> <p> <b>Key Responsibilities </b> </p> <ul> <li>Revenue Growth Management (RGM) & Commercial Analytics</li> <li>Own the RGM agenda for the Egypt market from a commercial standpoint, focusing on key pillars including pricing strategy, promo optimization, commercial terms, and pack/portfolio mix.</li> <li>Analyze trade promotion effectiveness through ROI analysis to shift spending away from low-performing discounts toward high-yield commercial activations.</li> <li>Monitor market pricing dynamics and elasticity to recommend optimized consumer pricing and margin structures for both distributors and retailers.</li> <li>Drive portfolios mix optimization, ensuring high-margin Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) are prioritized across relevant channels.</li> <li>Collaborate with sales leadership to design, evaluate, and refine the country s RTM frameworks to expand numeric and weighted distribution.</li> <li>Develop channel-specific Picture of Success (PicS) standards, defining exactly what strong execution looks like on shelf across each Traditional Trade channel.</li> <li>Design and deploy distributor capability programs and incentive frameworks that align partner behavior with Kraft Heinz volume and value targets.</li> <li>Translate category and brand strategies into highly actionable, channel-specific trade marketing plans.</li> <li>Build and activate loyalty programs across top wholesalers on a quarterly and annual basis, and measure and analyze results post-implementation.</li> <li>Allocate and manage the Trade Marketing budget with strict accountability, ensuring data-driven allocation across channels.</li> <li>Lead the development of impactful Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and category management initiatives that improve shopper conversion at shelf.</li> <li>Establish, monitor, and enforce commercial execution KPIs, including share of shelf, planogram compliance, and secondary placement targets.</li> <li>Implement rigorous tracking systems to reduce Out-of-Stock (OOS) occurrences during key promotional windows.</li> <li>Act as the core commercial pivot point, aligning Brand Marketing, Sales Execution, Finance, and Demand Planning.</li> <li>Provide strong input into the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process by translating trade calendars into accurate volume forecasts.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> <b>Qualifications </b> </p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 6 8 years of commercial experience within the FMCG sector, including at least 3 years focused on Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Revenue Growth Management (RGM).</li> <li>Proven hands-on experience in mapping or restructuring Route-to-Market (RTM) frameworks and executing formal RGM frameworks, including pricing, promo ROI, and trade spend efficiency.</li> <li>Bachelor s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or another highly analytical field.
