The individual in this position will welcome customers to the showroom, actively identify their needs, present suitable vehicle options, and clearly explain features, benefits, prices, and financing or promotional offers. The role includes preparing and following up on quotations, guiding customers through test drives, coordinating with the finance and service teams, and supporting completion of sales documentation. The advisor will maintain product knowledge across Chevrolet, MG, and other supported brands, ensure the showroom is well-organized and presentable, and proactively follow up with existing and potential customers to drive sales and repeat business.
