<p>Act as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, managing schedules, meetings, correspondence, follow-ups, and daily priorities. Manage and coordinate the administrative activities of the office. Coordinate between the CEO, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development teams to ensure effective communication and timely follow-up. Support Marketing & Business Development activities, including client follow-ups, meetings, presentations, and coordination of business opportunities. Assist in preparing and coordinating commercial and technical offers/proposals with the relevant engineering and commercial teams. Follow up on projects, proposals, deadlines, meetings, and action items on behalf of the CEO. Coordinate with HR regarding recruitment, interviews, onboarding, attendance, and internal administrative matters. Assist in preparing company presentations, reports, correspondence, and business documents. Maintain organized records, databases, contacts, and company documentation. Communicate professionally with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and business partners.
