Industry: PVC Raw Materials Import & Distribution Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager About the Role We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Operations Administrator (Sales Coordinator) to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating sales activities, supporting field sales representatives, maintaining accurate CRM data, and ensuring exceptional customer follow-up. You will act as the operational backbone of the sales department, helping the Sales Manager monitor team performance, improve customer engagement, and streamline sales operations. If you have experience in B2B sales coordination, CRM systems (preferably Odoo), and enjoy working in both office and field environments, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Sales Team Coordination Monitor and follow up on the daily activities of Sales Representatives, ensuring customer visits, calls, and outcomes are accurately recorded in the CRM system. Track representatives' weekly route plans and sales activities. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering customer visits, quotations, sales orders, and collections. Conduct joint customer visits with Sales Representatives when required to support key accounts, assess performance, or resolve customer issues. Assist in onboarding and training new Sales Representatives on company products, sales processes, and CRM usage. Customer Relationship Management Register new customers in the CRM system with complete and accurate commercial information. Follow up with inactive or unresponsive customers and coordinate with the assigned Sales Representative to re-engage them. Conduct after-sales follow-up to ensure successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and timely resolution of complaints. Route customer inquiries to the appropriate Sales Representative or internal department. Sales Reporting & Marketing Coordination Prepare comprehensive monthly reports highlighting new customers, inactive customers, sales opportunities, and market insights. Coordinate with the marketing agency regarding social media campaigns, customer inquiries, and lead management. Monitor lead conversion from inquiry to quotation and ultimately to sales. Recruitment Support Conduct initial screening interviews for Sales Representative candidates. Coordinate shortlisted candidates with the Sales Manager for further interviews. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or Customer Relationship Management. Previous experience in B2B sales is required. Experience within raw materials, industrial trading, manufacturing, or import companies is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP or similar CRM systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Professional working proficiency in English and native Arabic. Skills & Competencies Excellent organizational and coordination skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to build positive relationships with customers and sales teams. Strong follow-up skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting. Ability to analyze sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.
