<h2 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">إعلان جامعة المنوفية عن وظائف أطباء مقيمين</span></h2><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تعلن جامعة المنوفية، التابعة لوزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، عن حاجتها لشغل وظائف <strong>طبيب مقيم</strong> عن طريق الإعارة من وزارة الصحة، وذلك وفقاً للتفاصيل التالية:</span></p><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">الغرض من الوظيفة</span></h3><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">أن يكون الطبيب في وظيفة طبيب مقيم عن طريق الإعارة من وزارة الصحة لمدة سنة، وتجدد حتى خمس سنوات من السلطة المختصة، مع مراعاة ما قررته المادة (3) من اللائحة الأساسية للأطباء المقيمين بالمستشفيات الجامعية.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يتولى الطبيب المقيم مباشرة ومتابعة النواحي العلاجية للحالات المرضية، ومتابعة نتائج الفحوصات الطبية وتنفيذ السياسة العلاجية للمرضى المقيمين، بالإضافة إلى الالتزام بتعليمات أعضاء هيئة التدريس الطبية والفنية والسياسة العامة للمستشفى.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">المحافظة على كرامة المهنة الطبية ومظهرها، وتنظيم العلاقة بين العاملين بالمهنة من الأطباء وهيئة التمريض.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يبلغ عدد الوظائف المطلوبة 157 طبيباً مقيماً، بواقع 115 طبيباً مقيماً بقسم المستشفيات الجامعية بجامعة المنوفية، و42 طبيباً مقيماً بقسم مستشفيات أمراض الكبد بجامعة المنوفية، وذلك على سبيل الإعارة بما لا يخالف القرار الوزاري رقم (397) بتاريخ 20/2/2024.</span></p></li></ul><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">شروط التقديم</span></h3><ul><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">أن يكون المتقدم مصري الجنسية.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">أن يكون محمود السيرة وحسن السمعة.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">أن يكون من خريجي كلية الطب البشري بجامعة المنوفية.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">ألا يكون قد سبق تعيينه في وظيفة طبيب مقيم أو معيد في أي كلية من كليات الطب البشري أو المستشفيات بالجامعات المصرية حتى تاريخ نشر الوظائف المعلن عنها.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">أن يكون المتقدم في وظيفة طبيب مقيم عن طريق الإعارة طبقاً لقانون الخدمة المدنية رقم 81 لسنة 2016.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">أن يكون حاصلاً على تقدير <strong>جيد جداً</strong> على الأقل في درجة البكالوريوس في الطب والجراحة من الجامعة المانحة للدرجة بالنسبة للطبيب المقيم الأساسي، ومن أي جامعة بالنسبة لغير الأساسي.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">ألا يقل تقديره في مادة التخصص عن <strong>جيد جداً</strong>، وفي حال عدم وجود متقدمين حاصلين على تقدير جيد جداً في مادة التخصص، يجوز ترشيح أحد الحاصلين على تقدير جيد.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">أن يكون قد أمضى فترة الامتياز والتدريب الإجباري وحصل على شهادة إتمام التدريب الإجباري من المستشفيات الجامعية التابعة لها كلية التخرج.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">ألا يكون قد وقع عليه أي جزاءات مخلة بآداب وشرف المهنة خلال فترة الامتياز والتدريب الإجباري.</span></p></li><li><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">ألا يكون قد تم ترشيحه لوظيفة طبيب مقيم في تخصص آخر، أو سبق له شغل وظيفة طبيب مقيم بالمستشفيات في التخصص المعلن عنه أو في تخصص آخر، أو سبق تعيينه معيداً بكلية.</span></p></li></ul><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">موعد التقديم</span></h3><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl"><strong>آخر موعد للتقديم: 15 سبتمبر 2026.</strong></span></p><h3 ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">طريقة ومكان التقديم</span></h3><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تقدم الطلبات والمستندات المطلوبة باسم السيد الأستاذ الدكتور/ المدير التنفيذي لمستشفيات جامعة المنوفية، اعتباراً من تاريخ نشر الإعلان على الموقع الإلكتروني لبوابة الوظائف الحكومية.</span></p><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">تُقدم الطلبات شخصياً باليد، ولن يُلتفت إلى الطلبات التي ترد عن طريق البريد أو بعد انتهاء فترة التقديم أو الطلبات غير المستوفاة.</span></p><p ><span lang="ar" dir="rtl">يمكن لمن تحول ظروفه دون حضور الجلسة العلنية إرسال من ينوب عنه لإبداء رغبته في الترشيح بموجب توكيل موثق من الشهر العقاري، ولن يُقبل أي تعديل أو تبديل في الرغبة المقدمة بعد التوقيع بالجلسة.</span></p>

Poultry Production Management: Full supervision of all sites (poultry farms) to ensure smooth operations in line with plans, and strict biosafety protocols to protect flocks from diseases, ensuring products meet global health standards. Financial Management: Monitoring financial performance and managing the group’s overall budget, as well as analyzing financial reports to increase returns and reduce costs. Team Leadership: Directing the staff to ensure smooth workflow and organization. Risk Management: Identifying and assessing investment and operational risks, and developing proactive plans to address and overcome them. Required Skills and Qualifications: Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting Professional Experience: Extensive proven leadership experience in managing groups of companies or executive departments, not less than 15 years. Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and manage teams and make sound decisions under pressure. Analytical Thinking: Strong data analysis skills and forecasting economic and market trends.
