Job Description|<br>Location: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt Department: Group Human Resources Level: Director / Senior Leadership Reports to: Group HR Leadership<br>Role Overview We are looking for a highly strategic and transformation-driven HR Transformation & Organizational Development Director to lead the evolution of the Group’s HR function into a scalable, technology-enabled, data-driven, and high-performing organization.<br>The role will own the design and execution of the Group HR Transformation Roadmap, covering HR governance, organization design, workforce planning, HR operations, payroll, employee relations, talent acquisition, HR technology, and people analytics.<br>The successful candidate will combine strategic HR leadership, organizational design expertise, process transformation, digitalization, and strong change-management capabilities to create efficient HR operating models and measurable business impact across multiple Group companies.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>1. HR Transformation & Governance Develop and lead the Group HR Transformation Roadmap, ensuring successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives. Review and redesign HR policies, SOPs, workflows, and governance frameworks. Lead the digitalization and automation of HR processes across Group companies. Design and implement an effective HR Shared Services / HR Operating Model. Establish and monitor HR service-level agreements, governance standards, and operating KPIs. Drive consistency, standardization, and operational excellence across the Group.<br>2. Organization Design & Effectiveness Lead organization design initiatives to ensure structures are aligned with business strategy and growth plans. Review organizational structures, reporting lines, spans of control, layers, and decision-making authority. Drive headcount rationalization and workforce optimization initiatives while maintaining business effectiveness. Develop and maintain a robust job architecture and role-mapping framework. Identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency, accountability, and productivity. Partner with senior leadership to assess organizational capability and future workforce requirements.<br>3. Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy Lead strategic workforce planning across the Group. Develop workforce models aligned with business plans, growth projections, and organizational priorities. Identify critical roles, talent risks, capability gaps, and succession requirements. Establish and drive succession planning and talent continuity frameworks for critical positions. Partner with business leaders to ensure the right talent, capabilities, and workforce structure are in place.<br>4. Payroll Transformation Lead the transformation and automation of the end-to-end payroll operating model. Drive payroll process standardization, automation, and integration with HR systems. Improve payroll accuracy, compliance, controls, and processing efficiency. Establish robust payroll governance, controls, reporting, and audit mechanisms. Identify and eliminate manual processes, duplication, and payroll-related operational risks.<br>5. HR Operations Transformation Lead the automation and optimization of Hire-to-Retire processes. Re-engineer HR processes to improve efficiency, employee experience, and service delivery. Drive adoption of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and digital HR solutions. Establish process ownership, SLAs, controls, and continuous improvement mechanisms. Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize HR operations across Group companies.<br>6. Employee Relations Transformation Transform Employee Relations into a structured, transparent, and data-driven function. Implement standardized ER case management and tracking mechanisms. Digitize employee relations workflows, documentation, approvals, and case reporting. Develop ER dashboards and analytics to identify trends, risks, recurring issues, and opportunities for intervention. Ensure appropriate governance, consistency, confidentiality, and compliance in ER processes.<br>7. Talent Acquisition Transformation Lead the transformation of recruitment processes from Manpower Request through Onboarding. Automate recruitment workflows, approvals, candidate tracking, and onboarding activities. Improve recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring governance. Drive initiatives to reduce Time-to-Hire and improve recruitment quality. Establish recruitment analytics and dashboards to monitor hiring performance and bottlenecks. Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to standardize recruitment practices across Group companies.<br>8. HR Technology, Digitalization & Analytics Lead the strategic utilization and optimization of ZeTalents across all relevant HR modules. Ensure maximum adoption and integration of HR technology across the Group. Identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and system integration. Develop executive HR dashboards and people analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Establish meaningful HR KPIs, workforce analytics, and management reporting. Translate HR data into actionable insights for executive leadership.
