We are building a digital transformation program to modernize patient booking, intake, and clinical workflow — connecting our Odoo ERP, Paxera RIS/PACS, and our omnichannel platform into one seamless patient journey.<br>What you'll own:Lead full Odoo implementation and customization for MRC's operational and financial workflows (CRM, Invoicing, Inventory, Finance, HR, etc). Design and build the integration bridge between Odoo, Paxera (RIS/PACS), and omni-channel platform. Architect a Whats App-native booking and intake experience through current systems used. Work directly with center leadership, IT, and external vendors to scope and deliver Phase 1 of a multi-phase digital roadmap.<br>Qualifications Proven hands-on Odoo implementation experience (modules, API/XML-RPC integration, custom workflows) — ideally in healthcare, clinical, or another regulated operational environment. Experience integrating disparate systems via REST/XML-RPC APIs, not just front-end configuration. Familiarity with healthcare data handling, RBAC, and basic compliance/data-sovereignty considerations is a strong plus. Comfortable working directly with vendors (RIS/PACS, omnichannel messaging platforms) to push for API-level integration rather than legacy file-based or port-based connections. The role is site based in Egypt and requires immediate availability or short notice. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP and railway systems across the project. Manage system interfaces and coordinate between multiple contractors and stakeholders. Oversee systems including (but not limited to): Power supply and distribution (LV & HV) Ventilation and fire protection systems Rolling Stock interfaces SCADA systems Train operation and supervision systems Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) Ensure works are delivered in line with project specifications, safety standards, and programme requirements. Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities through to project completion. Act as the primary technical authority on site for MEP and rail systems matters.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Degree qualified Mechanical or Electrical Engineer . Extensive experience in Metro, Transit, or Monorail projects , ideally on international assignments. Previous experience in a similar role on large scale rail or transit projects is essential. Monorail experience is highly desirable.
