We are looking for an experienced and passionate Learning & Development Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our learning and talent development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving employee growth through innovative learning solutions, competency-based development, coaching, assessment centers, and performance improvement programs. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent facilitation and coaching skills, and the ability to partner with business leaders to build a high-performance learning culture.<br>Location: 6th of October, Cairo, Egypt Full On-site<br>Responsibilities Develop and implement Learning & Development programs aligned with business needs and organizational objectives. Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) through collaboration with business managers, performance reviews, and competency gap analysis. Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding, technical, behavioral, leadership, and soft skills training programs. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), digital learning platforms, e-learning content, and training records. Ensure all learning materials and programs follow adult learning principles and effective instructional design methodologies. Design, implement, and facilitate Assessment and Development Centers to evaluate employees for promotions, talent identification, succession planning, and career development using competency-based assessment methodologies. Provide one-on-one coaching and development support to employees and managers to enhance performance, leadership capabilities, and career growth. Deliver structured, competency-based feedback following assessments, development centers, coaching sessions, and talent reviews, ensuring clear and actionable development plans. Design, implement, and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs/PDPs) and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) in partnership with business leaders. Support managers in identifying high-potential employees and recommending appropriate learning and development solutions. Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, performance improvement metrics, and business impact, providing regular reports and recommendations. Promote a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and employee development across the organization. Stay up to date with the latest learning methodologies, coaching techniques, assessment tools, and industry best practices to continuously enhance organizational capability.<br>Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development. Proven experience in designing and delivering learning programs for different organizational levels. Hands-on experience in conducting Assessment Centers and Development Centers using competency-based methodologies. Strong experience in executive and employee coaching, delivering constructive feedback, and facilitating development conversations. Proven experience in designing and managing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and Individual/Personal Development Plans (IDPs/PDPs). Experience conducting Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and building competency frameworks. Excellent facilitation, presentation, and instructional design skills. Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure learning effectiveness and ROI. Experience working closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in the BPO industry is a strong advantage. Fluent English (C1) is a must. Professional certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, ATD, ICF Coaching, or Train the Trainer are considered a plus.

To provide minimum consumption currently used all stuffs and equipment (paper, printed out etc.).</p><p>2.20 To implement necessary warnings and departmental trainings in order to save energy inside the facility. To carry on implementing decisions which were taken for saving energy.
