We are looking for a results-driven Fragrance Sales Supervisor to support the growth of our Fragrances business. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with experience in B2B. You will supervise sales activities, develop customer relationships, grow the sales pipeline, and coordinate closely with the technical, production, quality, and supply-chain teams to convert customer needs into successful business opportunities.<br>Key Responsibilities Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for fragrance compounds. Follow up existing customers, identify upselling opportunities, and build long-term commercial relationships. Supervise daily sales activities and follow up on sales representatives’ visits, quotations, pipelines, and target achievement.
