Job Summary The Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for developing business opportunities and providing technical and commercial support for electrical products and solutions, including electric motors, generators, transformers, variable frequency drives (VFDs), soft starters, and related equipment. Monitor the operation and maintenance of machines, equipment, and refrigeration systems to ensure continuous and efficient performance. Ensure the availability of required spare parts and follow up on spare parts requests submitted by technicians. Review and verify received spare parts to ensure they match the required specifications. Implement maintenance programs for motors, switches, control devices, protection devices, and all related equipment and machinery. Participate in complex maintenance activities when required, especially those related to refrigeration and mechanical systems. Assign tasks to technicians according to maintenance schedules, priorities, experience, and technical capabilities. Follow up on preventive maintenance activities as well as urgent and emergency maintenance cases. Inspect equipment performance issues, identify causes of break downs, and coordinate with technicians to resolve malfunctions. Supervise the dismantling, repair, replacement, and maintenance of equipment parts when needed. This role bridges product engineering, sales, and customer support by ensuring internal teams, partners, and customers have a deep understanding of networking technologies and product capabilities.<br>Key Responsibilities• Design and deliver technical training programs on networking products (e.g., routers, switches, AP&AC, cloud networking).• Conduct instructor-led training sessions, workshops, webinars, and hands-on labs for internal teams, partners, and customers.• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, lab guides, product manuals, videos, and e-learning content.• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and easy-to-understand training content.• Work closely with product management, and technical support teams to stay aligned with product updates and roadmaps.• Set up and maintain lab environments for demonstrations, testing, and hands-on training.• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously improve training quality.• Travel occasionally to deliver on-site training or support customer engagements.<br>Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.• 3+ years of experience in networking engineering, technical training, or related roles.• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLAN, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), switching, VPN, and wireless technologies.• Hands-on experience with networking products from major vendors (e.g., Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, HPE, or similar).• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic Preferred Qualifications• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, HCIA/HCIP, JNCIA, or equivalent.• Experience with cloud networking, CCTV networking and SMB networking.• Prior experience creating e-learning or online training content.• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
<ul><li><p>Perform daily network monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all WAN connections, routers, switches, WLC, IP telephony, and all its key passive, power, and conditioning.</p></li><li><p>Reviewing network and telephony logs and verifying completion of scheduled jobs.</p></li><li><p>On-site supervision and reporting to the project manager.</p></li><li><p>Perform scheduled backup configurations for all network devices.</p></li><li><p>Ensuring all required IOSs and configuration data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media and location and ensuring it has been sent off-site as necessary.</p></li><li><p>Perform regular recovery tests to ensure successful procedures are in place.
