Must own a car Achieve and track targets / or production lines according to annual goals and key performance indicators. Distribute monthly regional target to sales representatives and cash van sales representatives. Evaluate his team's performance and take necessary actions to achieve the monthly sales target. Issue corrective actions monthly by the seller according to his monthly targets / KPIs. Execute and follow up on negotiations and contracts with key accounts / major wholesalers. Keep up with competitive moves and trends in consumer goods industries. Track and follow up on back orders to ensure optimal arrangement is created.
