NOK Human Capital is hiring "Office Manager" on behalf of a well-established company operating in the tourism, travel, and visa consultancy industry, known for providing professional visa processing and travel advisory services to clients.<br>Job Purpose:<br>Oversee and manage the daily operations of the tourism and visa services department.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>- Oversee the daily administrative operations of the office to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency- Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative and support staff- Ensure excellent customer service and professional handling of client inquiries- Manage office supplies, facilities, vendors, and administrative processes- Improve office procedures and maintain organized documentation- Prepare administrative reports, monitor office performance, and support management in achieving operational goals<br>Requirements:<br>- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field- Minimum 5 years of experience in Tourism / Travel / Visa Consultancy / Management- Tourism-hospitality certification is a plus- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook- Very good command of English (B2 level)<br><br>Work Details:<br>- Location: Maadi, Cairo (On-site)- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM- Full-time | 2 days off
