Job Purpose:The Office Manager will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to the Group CEO, ensuring efficient daily operations, effective communication, and seamless coordination across the Group’s companies.<br>Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact between the Group CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and priorities. Prepare and review executive correspondence, presentations, reports, and board materials. Coordinate board meetings, executive committees, and strategic sessions, including agendas and minutes. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
