We are seeking a highly motivated Key Accounts Manager to lead and grow our relationships with major retail chains, hypermarkets, and modern trade accounts across Saudi Arabia.<br>Role Overview The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing strategic retail partnerships, driving sales growth, improving product visibility, and ensuring successful execution across assigned accounts. The role requires a commercially minded professional with strong negotiation skills, account management experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams to achieve business objectives.<br>Key Responsibilities Account Management & Business Development Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across major retail chains and modern trade accounts. Ensure achievement of sales targets and account-specific objectives. Trade Execution & Market Presence Secure product listings and support expansion into new categories and branches. Proven experience managing retail chains, hypermarkets, supermarkets, or large commercial accounts. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills. Ability to analyze sales data and convert insights into action plans. Professional proficiency in Arabic and English. The role ensures that all IT changes are assessed, approved, implemented, and documented in a controlled manner, aligned with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and IT service management best practices. Additionally, the role supports risk reduction, audit remediation, and the sustainability of governance processes across Technology.<br>Key accountabilities:Develop, enhance and maintain IT standard operation procedures “SOP” such as service catalogue, change and service management…etc, and make sure all SOPs are aligned. Develop and maintain documentation and reports about the current environment setup, standard operating procedures, and best practices. Work on 24×7 and on-call support during critical issues which may impact the service. Follow up on all PCI activities for all Geidea infrastructure.
