Maintain accurate trackers and records for transactions, expiry dates, compliance requirements, and completed services. Generate periodic reports on transaction status, compliance, risks, and pending activities. Resolve issues related to government portals, employee records, and company registrations, escalating complex matters when necessary.<br>REQUIREMENTSEducation / Qualification Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field. Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in Government Relations (GRO) or HR Operations within the Saudi Arabian business environment. Strong working knowledge of Saudi government portals, including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Absher Business, MHRSD, Ministry of Commerce, Chamber of Commerce, ZATCA, and Balady.
