<h4>Overview of the role</h4>
<p>Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function by managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis to support strategic decision-making across the Real Estate business. The role is responsible for driving the end-to-end planning cycle, partnering with cross-functional teams, Regional Finance, Group Finance, and Asset Management to deliver accurate financial insights, performance reporting, and business recommendations. <h4>What you will do</h4>
<li>Lead the monthly financial reporting and closing process, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial results through detailed account analysis, balance sheet reviews, and timely reporting.</li>

<h4>Required skills to be successful</h4>
<li>5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance, or Accounting, including a minimum of 2 years within the Real Estate industry. Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Project Management environments is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis.</li>
<li>Proven experience preparing financial statements, conducting variance analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial insights and commercial business partnering.</li>
