As the hands-on delivery practitioner inside our Customer Success unit, you configure products, deliver training, run onboarding, close routine support requests, and give demos — working alongside senior practitioners who invest in your growth, with a real path to Senior CSM.<br>What you’ll Configure products at the application layer through the GUI — routing rules, permissions, workflow Run onboarding sessions and deliver structured, role-calibrated training at client site Handle and close routine client requests — how-tos, configuration clarifications, best practice Escalate technical investigations cleanly, with the context the next team need Prepare demo environments and deliver product demos configured to the audience Build and maintain training assets — decks, quick-reference cards, walkthrough What we’re looking for1–2 years in enterprise software delivery, implementation, application support, or technical client-facing work Personal experience configuring an enterprise application through its GUAt least one training session delivered to client user JSON literacy and basic technical reading — API concepts, integration document Eagerness to learn alongside senior practitioners — craft over status Arabic–English professional fluency; Egypt-based with regular client visit
