You'll be the face of the brand for walk-in customers, including local shoppers and international tourists, helping them find the right sunglasses and prescription glasses while delivering an excellent in-store experience.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Greet and assist walk-in customers in a retail store setting</p></li><li><p>Understand customer needs and recommend suitable sunglasses and optical eyewear</p></li><li><p>Explain product features, materials, lens options, and pricing clearly</p></li><li><p>Meet and exceed personal sales targets</p></li><li><p>Process transactions, handle payments, and issue receipts accurately</p></li><li><p>Maintain product displays and overall store presentation</p></li><li><p>Build rapport with both local and international (tourist) clientele</p></li><li><p>Stay up to date on new collections and product knowledge</p></li><li><p>Handle basic customer service issues, exchanges, and returns per store policy</p></li><li><p>Monitor stock levels and flag inventory needs</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li><p>2–5 years of experience in sales (required)</p></li><li><p>Fluent in Arabic and English (required)</p></li><li><p>Experience in optical/eyewear sales: strong bonus</p></li><li><p>Experience in touristic/tourism-related sales: a bonus</p></li><li><p>Additional languages such as German, Russian, or French: bonus points</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Presentable, customer-focused, and target-driven mindset</p></li><li><p>Willingness to work flexible shifts (day or night, as assigned)</p></li></ul><p></p>
