Experience in the plastics or packaging industry, preferably in pharmaceuticals or food. Ability to build strong relationships with factories and target customers. Capability to attract new clients and expand markets. Achieving and following up on sales targets. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. Ability to conduct field visits to clients. Following up with clients from inquiry to order delivery. Good understanding of plastic packaging products and specifications. Ability to coordinate with production, quality, and warehousing teams. Proficiency in preparing quotations and reports. Proficiency in using Excel and Microsoft Office. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle work pressure and achieve results.
