<ul><li><p>Support the Branch Manager in leading and overseeing all financial and non-financial services to ensure the achievement of branch objectives and operational excellence.</p></li><li><p>Supervise lending operations, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Develop, implement, and monitor branch marketing and business development plans to achieve lending, non-financial services, and revenue targets.</p></li><li><p>Lead, coach, and evaluate branch staff, ensuring effective performance management, workforce development, and execution of operational plans.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with internal departments, government entities, financial intermediaries, NGOs, and development partners to resolve operational challenges and strengthen strategic partnerships.</p></li><li><p>Oversee the delivery of non-financial services, one-stop-shop operations, community development initiatives, exhibitions, and investment promotion activities within the governorate.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the accuracy of operational reports, customer data, and management information systems while maintaining high standards of internal control and audit compliance.</p></li><li><p>Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve escalated complaints, improve service quality, and act on behalf of the Branch Manager when delegated.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>7–15 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of branch operations, lending processes, financial services, and regulatory compliance.</p></li></ul><p></p>
<ul><li><p>Monitor the implementation status of audit plans for regional offices in coordination with Regional Audit Officers to ensure audit activities are executed effectively and in accordance with the approved audit plan. Participate in conducting audit assignments when required.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with Regional Audit Officers to review draft audit reports covering regional office activities, ensuring reports are finalized after approval by the Audit Manager. Verify that reports include comprehensive audit findings, recommendations, and assessments of regional offices' compliance with approved policies and procedures.</p></li><li><p>Track the achievement of regional office performance targets and prepare periodic reports measuring compliance with approved objectives, timelines, policies, and procedures. Submit findings and performance updates to the Audit Manager.</p></li><li><p>Review management responses to audit findings by validating supporting documents and working papers to ensure audit observations have been adequately addressed, and corrective actions have been implemented. Prepare evaluation reports and present them to the Audit Manager.</p></li><li><p>Participate with the Head Office Audit Team in conducting audit assignments for various departments and business units at headquarters. Prepare audit reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and opportunities for process improvement for review by the Audit Manager.</p></li><li><p>Prepare consolidated monthly and quarterly audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations related to regional office audits, with observations classified according to the organization's approved risk rating methodology.</p></li><li><p>Review all procurement and contracting activities, including limited tenders, public tenders, and other purchasing processes conducted by the Procurement and Contracts Department. Prepare audit reports identifying compliance issues, findings, and recommendations, and submit them to the Audit Manager.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate procurement transactions to ensure compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and internal controls, while identifying operational or financial risks and recommending corrective actions where necessary.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in commerce (Accounting) or a related field.</p></li><li><p>A diploma or professional certification in Accounting or Auditing is preferred.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.</p></li><li><p>Good reporting and documentation skills.</p></li></ul><p></p>
<ul><li><p>Developing the strategy for non-financial services and the corresponding action plans.</p></li><li><p>Proposing laws and policies to create an enabling environment for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across the Arab Republic of Egypt.</p></li><li><p>Enhancing and diversifying the package of one-stop-shop services provided through non-financial service units at regional offices.</p></li><li><p>Developing and diversifying marketing mechanisms and channels for client products according to the needs of the local and international markets (exporting, exhibitions, e-commerce, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Setting annual targets for the central sector and employees in the non-financial service units at regional offices, along with their performance indicators, monitoring their implementation, and overcoming obstacles to execution.</p></li><li><p>Determining the estimated budget for the central sector.</p></li><li><p>Qualifying and accrediting a network of providers offering technical, technological, and training support services necessary for projects throughout their lifecycle to ensure their success, growth, and improved performance and competitiveness. This also includes activating applied thinking related to franchising and the various associated marketing opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Developing a training, qualification, and support plan for entrepreneurs, providing support and training for innovative, applicable project ideas.</p></li><li><p>Enhancing various productive activities for projects, preparing, and disseminating models of economically viable projects, and encouraging their establishment among small investors.</p></li><li><p>Designing programs to increase and promote financing opportunities for projects in agricultural, industrial, service, and franchising fields.</p></li><li><p>Establishing standards, tools, and mechanisms to measure, monitor, and evaluate the non-financial services provided to clients and the outcomes resulting from them.</p></li><li><p>Creating a database of government and non-governmental entities working in these fields and establishing a database of small projects categorized by sectors, products, and needs.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>A suitable bachelor's degree is required.</p></li><li><p>Not less than 15 years' experience </p></li><li><p>Practical experience in the field of Non Financial Services </p></li><li><p>Understanding the mechanisms of technical and technological support for small projects</p></li><li><p>Experience in developing and implementing innovative business solutions.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of the different production sectors and their enhancement needs.</p></li><li><p>High communication skills</p></li><li><p>Problem-solving skills to help businesses overcome challenges.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in English</p></li></ul><p></p>
