<p>• Follow-up of the implementation of the finishing works in accordance with the approved technical plans and specifications</p><p>• Read and understand the executive boards and ensure they are implemented accurately on site</p><p>• Receiving the materials received for the site and ensuring that they conform to the required specifications and documenting this with receipt minutes</p><p>• Managing suppliers and contractors and following up on their commitment to the agreed dates and specifications</p><p>• Preparing and following up the schedule of finishing works and submitting periodic reports on completion percentages</p><p>• Coordinating with contractors and executive teams to resolve any obstacles that disrupt the workflow</p><p>• Conducting periodic field inspections to ensure the quality of implementation before approval or receipt</p><p>• Monitor deviations from schedule or specifications and propose immediate corrective solutions</p><p>• Contact the consultant regarding any modifications or technical problems</p><p>• Ensuring the application of occupational safety requirements in the workplace</p><p>• Inventory of the quantities executed and their matching with the extracts and preparing the measurements for the various items</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>• Bachelor of Architecture</p><p>• 5-6 years of experience in the field of implementation and supervision of finishes</p><p>• Good familiarity with finishing items and their technical specifications</p><p>• Reading architectural and executive plans and mastery of shop drawing</p><p>• Proficiency in using programs like AutoCAD - Excel</p><p>• Good time management and organization skills</p><p>• Ability to work under pressure</p>

<p> · Full supervision of the accounting cycle and preparation of the final financial statements.</p><p>· Managing and reviewing the costs of contracting projects (extracts, subcontractors, and completion percentages)</p><p>· Prepare and review factory cost reports and analyze deviations</p><p>· Preparing estimated budgets and monitoring the financial performance of projects and the factory</p><p>· Handling the accounts of suppliers, customers, subcontractors, banks, receivables and payables.</p><p>· Preparation of monthly and periodic financial and analytical reports for senior management</p><p>· Oversee the accounting team, assign tasks, and follow up on performance</p><p>· Strong experience in contracting and industrial cost accounting</p><p>· Proficiency in dealing with ERP systems and Excel software professionally</p><p>· Leadership personality and high ability to withstand work pressure</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce – Accounting or a relevant qualification.</p><p>· Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, preferably including at least 5 years in an Accounting Manager or Chief Accountant position.</p><p>· Previous experience in construction, contracting, or engineering companies.</p><p>· Strong experience in construction accounting and project accounting.</p><p>· Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial statements and periodic financial reports.</p><p>· Experience in preparing and monitoring budgets and cash flow forecasts.</p><p>· Ability to monitor project costs, compare actual costs against budgets, and analyze variances.</p><p>· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in ERP and accounting systems preferred.</p><p>Strong financial analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills</p>
