Payroll & Total Rewards Coordinator responsible for supporting compensation, benefits, and employee administration processes. The role includes maintaining HR records, handling medical insurance and employee benefits, preparing settlements and HR letters, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering accurate and timely HR support.

<p>The Projects Engineer delivers new store construction, refits, extensions and relocations on site, managing contractors, programme, cost and quality through to handover. The role is accountable for opening stores on the committed date, to the approved design and budget, and in a condition, Operations can trade from on day one</p>

<p>The Design Engineer produces the store layouts, technical designs and specifications for new Spinneys branches, refits and extensions. The role turns a commercial brief into a buildable store that trades well, meets brand and regulatory standards, and can be maintained and operated efficiently once it opens</p>

Responsible for driving sales and profitability across bakery departments by analyzing performance, developing effective production plans, and implementing strategies to improve sales and reduce stagnant stock. The role ensures compliance with quality, hygiene, and standardized processes while leading, training, and supporting bakery teams to maintain high product quality and customer satisfaction.<br><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><ul><li>Achieve sales and profitability targets across bakery departments.</li><li>Analyze sales trends and provide performance improvement reports.</li><li>Conduct market research to maintain competitiveness.</li><li>Develop production plans based on sales trends and seasonal demands.</li><li>Ensure adherence to standardized processes, quality control, and hygiene standards.</li><li>Monitor sales activity and provide strategies to boost sales and reduce stagnant stock.</li><li>Supervise bakery supervisors and support team leadership.</li><li>Provide training to enhance staff skills and maintain product quality.</li><li>Ensure high customer satisfaction through feedback monitoring.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in any field.</li><li>7 years’ experience in same title.</li><li>Good English is necessary.</li><li>Advanced user of Microsoft Office.<br><br></li></ul>
