<li>Budget tracking and reporting for all administration activities.</li>
<li>Develop creative ideas for employees Gifts (Ramadan box, Eid Box, …)<br><span><strong>HR Administration:</strong></span></li>
<li>Follow up on the onboarding process for all new hires</li>
<li>Follow up on the employee trainings reports</li>

<li>Analyze Market Share by Sales Channels (ModernTrade) as per Ac Nielsen data, and EPOS to highlight distribution gaps in respective channels, analyze competition.</li>
<li>Understanding Presence and Placement guideline for overall category and build Planograms at a store/ channel level.</li>
<li>Provide support in Demand Planning streams for upcoming months, in line with liquidation plans for each region/ channel. SKU rationalization and Baseline reviews with control on over stocks, residuals and SLOBS</li>
<li>Define and deploy channel activation program based on identified Physical Availability KPI targets.</li>
<li>Monitor and track POSM spend, provide suggestive action on optimizing spends. Raise PO and track payments</li>
</ul><br><br>The experience we're looking for <br><ul>
<li>Strong understanding of the criticality of 4P planning and performance.</li>
<li>Effective monitoring of the Activations and Deployment plan, reporting variances and suggesting corrective action required.</li>
<li>Tracking of Big Bet deliverables, in store executions and monitoring the impact of these on overall brands/ segments (IMS, Shares, Sell out).</li>
<li>Conduct market visits and retail audits to understand market conditions, brand positioning, competitor activity and identify issues and opportunities to monitor and suggest merchandising equipment.</li>
