<p><strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>Full supervision of periodic, preventive, and emergency maintenance for all production lines and equipment in the factory.</p> <p>Follow up on the maintenance and operation of crushers, boilers, and washing tanks, ensuring operational efficiency to minimize downtime.</p> <p>Lead and guide the team of technicians and maintenance assistants, assign daily tasks, and develop their performance.</p> <p>Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults and provide immediate root solutions.</p> <p>Manage inventory of essential spare parts, identify required needs, and place orders in advance to ensure continuous production.</p> <p>Apply occupational safety and health standards during all maintenance work.</p> <p><strong>Qualifications and Required Conditions:</strong></p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics).</p> <p>Intermediate work experience (ranging from 3 to 5 years) in industrial maintenance.</p> <p>Previous experience in plastic recycling factories or direct handling of crushers and boilers is preferred.</p> <p>Good knowledge of electrical systems (control, power) and mechanical systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic lines.</p> <p>Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to organize and distribute work flexibly.</p> <p><strong>Job Benefits and Conditions:</strong></p> <p>Work location: 10th of Ramadan City.</p> <p>Working hours: From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.</p> <p>Weekly days off: Friday and Saturday.</p> <p>Competitive salary determined based on experience and efficiency in the personal interview.</p> <p>Social and medical insurance provided, as well as transportation (or transportation allowance).</p> <p><strong>Additional Details</strong></p> <ul> <li>Number of vacancies: 1</li> <li>Shift system: Morning only</li> <li>Benefits: Health insurance, social insurance, transportation allowance, meals, accommodation, overtime</li> </ul>
