In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered systems that perform real tasks across different business functions, working closely with our product and engineering team to bring these systems from concept to production.</p><p>Key responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Design and build AI-driven systems capable of understanding tasks, making decisions, and executing actions</li><li>Develop and refine the logic, workflows, and reasoning behind system behavior</li><li>Integrate AI systems with external tools, APIs, and data sources</li><li>Test, evaluate, and continuously improve system performance (accuracy, reliability, speed)</li><li>Collaborate with the product team to translate business needs into working AI capabilities</li><li>Monitor deployed systems and iterate based on real usage and feedback</li></ul><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><ul><li>Strong programming skills, preferably Python</li><li>Solid understanding of large language models (LLMs) and how to work with them</li><li>Experience with prompt engineering and building AI-driven workflows</li><li>Familiarity with automation frameworks and system orchestration concepts</li><li>Experience integrating AI systems with external APIs and third-party tools</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on ambiguous, evolving tasks</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a small, fast-moving technical team</li></ul><p><br></p></div>
