<h3><strong>Job Title: Steel &amp; Hangar Project Manager</strong></h3><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Project Manager / Senior Civil or Structural Engineer</strong> with a strong background in <strong>steel structures and hangar construction projects</strong> to join our team.</p><h3><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Manage and oversee <strong>steel structure and hangar projects</strong> from planning through completion.</p></li><li><p>Supervise site activities and ensure that all works are executed according to approved <strong>drawings, specifications, and quality standards</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Handle and follow up on <strong>technical submittals, material approvals, shop drawings, and project documentation</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Lead the process of obtaining necessary <strong>technical approvals and consultant/client approvals</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Monitor project progress, schedule, manpower, materials, and resources to ensure timely completion.</p></li><li><p>Review technical drawings and coordinate between structural, architectural, and MEP requirements where applicable.</p></li><li><p>Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with <strong>HSE, quality, and project requirements</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and review progress reports and communicate project status to management.</p></li><li><p>Attend site meetings and coordinate daily site activities with the project team.</p></li><li><p>Ensure that construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved methods and project specifications.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Minimum <strong>7 years of relevant experience</strong> in <strong>steel structures, steel buildings, and hangar projects</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in <strong>project management and site supervision</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience in handling <strong>consultant/client approvals and technical submittals</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of <strong>steel structure construction, erection, fabrication, and installation</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple project activities and work effectively under pressure.</p></li><li><p>Good command of <strong>English</strong>, both written and spoken.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Previous experience managing <strong>large-scale steel or industrial/hangar projects</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience dealing directly with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.</p></li><li><p>Strong ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Location:</strong> Cairo<br><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-Time<br><strong>Experience:</strong> 7+ Years</p><p></p>
