<ul><li><p><strong>Obtain and process</strong> purchase requests related to medical purchases.</p></li><li><p><strong>Participate in the development of RFQs</strong> alongside requesting departments, detailing required items, specifications, terms of delivery, and other details. Ensure that all requirements are accurately documented and in line with purchasing policies and procedures.</p></li><li><p><strong>Compare and evaluate offers</strong> from suppliers and select the best quotation, ensuring that the bid process is fair, transparent, and impartial.</p></li><li><p><strong>Issue purchase orders</strong> related to medical purchases and continuously monitor open purchase orders, if any.</p></li><li><p><strong>Ensure all documentation is stored</strong> in clear versions and is easily accessible to all purchasing departments.</p></li><li><p><strong>Maintain and update the supplier database</strong>, ensuring that all supplier information is continually current.</p></li><li><p><strong>Handle vendors’ technical queries</strong> and correspondence, or escalate them to the Medical Purchasing Team Leader when necessary.</p></li><li><p><strong>Contribute to the settlement of disputes</strong> with suppliers relating to technical specifications of purchased items and/or commercial terms of purchase orders, ensuring disputes are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.</p></li><li><p><strong>Evaluate the cost and quality</strong> of medical materials, equipment, and products purchased, perform supplier evaluations, and update the list of approved/blacklisted suppliers.</p></li><li><p><strong>Follow up</strong> on the delivery process.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a relevant field.</p></li><li><p>From 2 to 4 years of experience in the medical field (previous<strong> experience in a hospital is required)</strong>.</p></li><li><p>The ability to communicate with confidence and build respect.</p></li><li><p>Excellent negotiation and networking skills.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software.</p></li></ul><p></p>
<ul><li><p>Guiding and assisting patients during admission and providing information and answering their inquiries.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Build relationships to communicate and work effectively with colleagues from other departments.</p></li><li><p>Effectively present information and respond to questions from management, Patient and their relatives </p></li><li><p>Submit daily reports and outpatient insurances to the direct supervisor of the Director of Outpatient Clinics</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>A bachelor's degree is a must</p></li><li><p>Previous experience with outpatient clinic coordination is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Experience in customer service or tele-sales will be nice </p></li><li><p>Outstanding communication & negotiation skills </p></li><li><p>Freshers are welcome.</p></li></ul><p></p>
