<p><strong>* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</strong></p><p><strong>* 3–5 years of experience as a System & Network Administrator or similar role.</strong></p><p><strong>* Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration (2016/2019/2022).</strong></p><p><strong>* Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and File Servers.</strong></p><p><strong>* Strong experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization.</strong></p><p><strong>* Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Switching, VPN, Wireless, and Network Security.</strong></p><p><strong>* Hands-on experience configuring and managing FortiGate and Sophos Firewalls.</strong></p><p><strong>* Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication and Disaster Recovery solutions.</strong></p><p><strong>* Hands-on experience with Panasonic PBX Systems.</strong></p><p><strong>* Experience administering and supporting 3CX Phone System.</strong></p><p><strong>* Familiarity with endpoint security, antivirus solutions, and cybersecurity best practices.</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>- Administer Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and File Servers.</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>- Design, implement, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, Wireless, and network infrastructure.</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls (FortiGate & Sophos), VPN tunnels, and network security policies.</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>- Monitor network performance, WAN connectivity, and proactively resolve infrastructure issues.</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>- Install, configure, and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware & Hyper-V).</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>- Manage VMware infrastructure, virtual machines, clusters, and storage resources.</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>- Administrator Veeam Backup & Replication, create backup jobs, verify backup integrity, and support disaster recovery operations.</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>- Install, configure, and maintain endpoint security, antivirus solutions, and security patches.</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>- Apply Windows updates, firmware upgrades, and system patches to ensure infrastructure stability and security.</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>- Monitor system health, storage utilization, and network availability to ensure maximum uptime.</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>- Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Panasonic PBX Systems.</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>- Administrator and support 3CX Phone System, including extensions, SIP trunks, IVR, Ring Groups, Call Queues, Call Routing, and reporting.</strong></p><p></p>
