The ideal candidate possesses strong data-analysis skills, deep familiarity with ad platforms and tracking pixels, and a proven track record of driving ROI through performance marketing. You will lead lead generation and customer acquisition efforts, manage ad budgets, set up tracking infrastructure, and turn data insights into actionable strategies.<br><br><strong><strong>Detailed Description<br><br></strong></strong><strong>Campaign Management & Execution<br><br></strong><ul><li>Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end paid digital media campaigns across search, social, display, and video channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.). </li><li>Manage daily advertising budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI/ROAS. </li><li>Perform continuous A/B and multivariate testing on ad creatives, landing pages, copy, and audience segmentations. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Tracking & Analytics<br><br></strong><ul><li>Implement, audit, and maintain tracking infrastructure, including tracking pixels, GTM (Google Tag Manager), Conversion APIs (CAPI), and UTM parameters. </li><li>Ensure accurate cross-channel attribution and revenue tracking across the buyer journey. </li><li>Troubleshoot technical tracking, tagging, and data collection issues. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Reporting & Optimization<br><br></strong><ul><li>Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, Conversions). </li><li>Analyze data to extract actionable insights and optimize audience targeting, placement strategies, and ad copy. </li><li>Prepare clear performance reports and dashboards for marketing leadership and key stakeholders. </li><li>Conduct competitor research and monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities, channels, and ad formats. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns. </li><li>In-depth experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram). </li><li>Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), pixel implementation, and offline conversion tracking. </li><li>Strong analytical mindset with high proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, data visualization, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP). </li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications / Nice-to-Haves<br><br></strong><ul><li>Google Ads (Search, Measurement, Display) and Meta Ads Certifications. </li><li>Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Programmatic/DSP platforms. </li><li>Familiarity with landing page optimization tools and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.</li></ul>

In this leadership role, you will define the regional paid media vision, manage advertising budgets, and lead a high-performing team of media specialists, analysts, and channel leads.<br><br>The ideal candidate blends high-level commercial acumen with deep technical expertise in performance marketing, attribution models, and marketing technology infrastructure.
