<p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>FM Project Invoicing / Billing Specialist</strong> with strong GCC Facilities Management experience to join our team.</p><p>Key Requirements:</p><ul><li><strong>GCC experience in Facilities Management (FM) project invoicing</strong> is mandatory.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>complex client and consultant approval processes</strong>.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>BOQ, PMS, RCS, WAF, and LI processes</strong>.</li><li>Proven experience managing <strong>invoicing for large and complex FM projects</strong>.</li><li>Ability to coordinate effectively with <strong>clients, consultants, and project teams</strong>.</li><li>Excellent <strong>written and verbal English communication skills</strong>.</li><li>Experience working in a <strong>multicultural environment</strong>, particularly with predominantly <strong>non-Arabic-speaking stakeholders</strong>.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage <strong>complex commercial and contractual documentation</strong>.</li></ul><p>Ideal Candidate:</p><p>The ideal candidate will have direct experience in <strong>FM project billing/invoicing within the GCC</strong>, with a strong understanding of project commercial processes, client/consultant approvals, and the documentation required to successfully raise and close project invoices.</p>
