<p><strong>About the Role at 51Talk:</strong><br>We are seeking a high-energy, target-driven sales team leader to join our Maadi office. This is a "player-Coach" role designed for a leader who leads by example. You will be responsible for hitting your own sales targets while building and mentoring a team of outbound sales representatives to achieve excellence.<br></p><p><strong>Unique Career Path (Probation Period):</strong><br>To ensure you master our product and sales cycle, the first month will serve as a probation period where you will operate as a senior sales representative. Upon successful completion of the first month and meeting your targets, you will officially transition into the Team Leader role, and we will begin hiring a dedicated team of CC agents for you to manage.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our English learning services.</p></li><li><p>Consistently meet individual sales targets during the probation phase and overall team targets thereafter.</p></li><li><p>Understand customer needs and provide appropriate course recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Coach and develop the team on effective sales techniques, closing skills, and customer engagement.</p></li><li><p>Oversee lead distribution, ensure timely follow-ups, and manage your own assigned leads.</p></li><li><p>Ensure accurate daily record-keeping in the CRM and monitor team call quality to maintain an excellent customer experience.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Telesales, with at least 1 year in a Team Leader or Supervisory role.</p></li><li><p>A bachelor's degree is required.</p></li><li><p>Must be able to commute daily to our office in <strong>Maadi</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed personal sales targets.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to train and develop sales staff to improve conversion rates.</p></li><li><p>Must be comfortable with the shift hours (12 PM - 9 PM) and the 5.5-day workweek (including Saturdays).</p></li><li><p>Strong proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis.</p></li><li><p>Excellent command of English and Arabic.</p></li></ul><p></p>
