<ul><li><p>Prepare architectural and interior shop drawings based on design with agreed schedule of project manager .</p></li><li><p>Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation .</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with design, and site team to ensure technical accuracy and project feasibility .</p></li><li><p>The Shop Drawing Architect duties include preparation, revision, and coordination of architectural drawings and construction documents .</p></li><li><p>Prepare project documents ( shop drawings, BOQ, etc.) and comparison with original project documents for proper pricing or claim preparations.</p></li><li><p>Reviews plans prepared by subcontractors.</p></li><li><p>Comparing the structural &amp; architectural drawings coordination between finishing, electric, mechanical &amp; sanitary works quality, reviewing infrastructure drawings &amp; coordinate it with the project layout</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree in <strong>Architecture </strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience from <strong>4</strong> to <strong>6</strong> years .</p></li><li><p>Strong portfolio showcasing <strong>shop drawings details </strong>.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Related Programs “ <strong>AutoCAD ,</strong> &nbsp;<strong>REVIT (preferred) ,MS Office</strong>”.</p></li><li><p>Experience in work of <strong>BOQ </strong>.</p></li><li><p>Highly aware <strong>Materials </strong>Types &amp; Specifications .</p></li><li><p>Mastering in <strong>shop drawings </strong>and techniques of Finishing works .</p></li><li><p>Work located in our <strong>Office</strong> (New Cairo ) .</p></li></ul><p></p>
