هو المسؤول عن الإشراف على فريق عمل التنظيف وعمال الشركات ومتابعة إجراءات النظافة ورصد احتياجات المناطق المختلفة داخل المؤسسة والحفاظ على استخدام الأدوات المختلفة ومواد التطهير ومتابعة تنظيف شوارع الكمبوند والمبانى الادارية وغيرها وكذلك يقوم بإجراء وتوثيق أنشطة التفتيش والصيانة الروتينية.متابعة إجراءات التنظيف وتخزين أدوات ومواد التنظيف..توزيع مهام التطهير والتنظيف للعاملين داخل المؤسسة.إخطار الإدارة بحدوث قصور أو احتياجات للإصلاحات. إجراء التعديلات والإصلاحات الخفيفة.متابعة المخازن وتقديم الطلبات للاحتياجات.تحديد الورديات وترتيب الإجازات.تطبيق قواعد الصحة والسلامة المهنية.المهارات اللازمة لوظيفة مشرف النظافة:اجادة مهارات التعامل مع المعدات الثقيلة والآلات..اجادة مهارات التواصل مع الشخصيات المختلفة.القدرة على تقييم فريق العمل وتوزيع المهام.فهم جيد لإجراءات الصحة والسلامة.متطلبات العمل في وظيفة مشرف النظافة:الخبرة العملية في وظيفة مشرف نظافة لا تقل عن 5 سنين خبرهاقصي سن 48 سنه الراتب الشهرى صافى 8500 + 5 مرات فى السنه (الاعياد والمناسبات) يتم توزيع نصف شهر من الراتب + بونص سنوى شهرين على الاقل<p><strong>تفاصيل إضافية</strong></p><ul><li>عدد الشواغر: 1</li><li>نظام الورديات: صباحية و مسائية</li><li>المزايا: تأمين صحي، تأمين اجتماعي، سكن، ساعات إضافية</li></ul>

He is responsible for supervising the cleaning staff and contractor workers, following cleaning procedures, monitoring the needs of different areas within the institution, maintaining the use of various tools and disinfectants, monitoring cleaning of streets in the compound and administrative buildings, and other tasks. He also performs and documents routine inspection and maintenance activities. Monitor cleaning procedures and store cleaning tools and materials. Distribute disinfection and cleaning tasks to workers within the institution. Notify management of any deficiencies or repair needs. Make modifications and minor repairs. Monitor stores and place orders for needs. Determine shifts and arrange vacations. Apply occupational health and safety rules. Skills required for the Cleaning Supervisor position: proficiency in operating heavy equipment and machines; proficiency in communicating with different personalities; ability to assess the workforce and distribute tasks; good understanding of health and safety procedures.
