A Visual & Operations Quality Inspector role aims to ensure that products or services and operational processes conform to approved quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visually inspecting products to detect defects such as scratches, color variations, damage, poor packaging, or printing errors.
- Monitoring operational stages and ensuring workers' adherence to work and quality procedures.
- Recording inspection results and preparing reports on observations and non-conforming products.
- Isolating defective products and notifying the supervisor or quality department to take appropriate action.
- Using measuring and inspection tools when needed, such as scales, rulers, or simple measuring devices.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the work area and compliance with safety requirements.
- Contributing to analyzing the causes of defects and proposing improvements to reduce waste and errors.
- Coordinating with production, warehouse, and operations to ensure quick resolution of issues.
Common Requirements:
- High school diploma or diploma, preferably in a field related to quality or production.
- High accuracy and strong attention to detail, colors, and defects.
- Ability to stand and perform field work for long periods.
- Basic knowledge of quality and safety procedures.
- Skill in report preparation and basic computer/Excel usage.
- Experience in factories, packaging, printing, food, or warehouses is preferred depending on the field.

Preparing the product and carrying it for transfer inside and outside the production hall.
Cleaning the production hall after completing the production process.
Performing any other tasks during the off-production season.
Adhering to wearing the official uniform for production workers to maintain a good appearance in front of the company's clients.
Placing the barcode on the product and the production and expiration dates on the box.
Arranging boxes in cartons and placing them in the designated area for shipping.
Ensuring machines and devices are turned off at the end of the day.
