Prince Factory for Clothes and Jeans - Experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department and ensure the highest levels of equipment operation efficiency and production lines. Main tasks | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and manage all preventive and corrective maintenance activities in the factory. • Prepare and implement maintenance plans and periodic programs. • Reduce breakdowns and machine downtime and improve operational efficiency. • Manage the maintenance team, assign tasks, and monitor performance. • Analyze causes of breakdowns and implement permanent solutions. • Supervise maintenance of sewing machines, washing, finishing, compressors, and facilities. • Manage spare parts and monitor inventory. • Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health standards. • Prepare technical reports and submit performance indicators to management. Proficiency in preparing technical reports and data analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality tools.
Leadership, organizational, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
