Responsibilities and duties: Handling accounting systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Implementing and applying ERP systems for clients. Training users on system usage and clearly explaining workflows. Working with databases such as SQL and Oracle to support system operation. Visiting clients and providing support and necessary training to work teams. Preparing the appropriate documentation cycle for each department according to the client’s activity.
