<p>Monitor the live operations and track couriers/drivers throughout their shifts.</p><p>Follow up on courier/driver status, assigned orders, completed orders, pending orders, and operational delays.</p><p>Identify live operational issues and take immediate action to resolve or escalate them.</p><p>Monitor drivers who are inactive, delayed, offline, or facing operational problems.</p><p>Communicate with couriers/drivers and provide the required support during the shift.</p><p>Coordinate with Team Leaders, Dispatchers, Customer Service, and Operations teams to solve live issues.</p><p>Follow up on delayed, missed, cancelled, or problematic orders.</p><p>Ensure that couriers/drivers are following the assigned operational procedures.</p><p>Monitor live performance and highlight any abnormal behavior or performance issues.</p><p>Escalate critical issues to the responsible supervisor or manager when required.</p><p>Prepare and share daily reports regarding live monitoring issues, delays, and operational performance.</p><p>Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken.</p><p>Support the operations team in achieving daily service and productivity targets.</p><p>Ensure quick response to operational problems to minimize delays and service impact.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work under pressure and handle live operational challenges.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or operations is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.</p></li></ul><p></p>
