Tasks, Roles & Responsibilities Support Construction team on site on daily duties and tasks. Explain to the project’s key personnel the importance of the contract clauses, payments and change processes. Review the contract conditions carefully and thoroughly. Ensure all notices are issued to the client within the time frame set forth in the contract. Draft all letters’ responses concerning any contractual issues such as claims, disputes, back charges, completion certificates, insurance and contract amendments, after Project Manager approval. Ensure the site document control is keeping adequate files and logs of all issued and receipt letters, and report any record keeping problems to the Project Manager. Ensure that project records and reports are timely prepared and submitted in the manner necessary to protect Company’s interests and to support any future claims.
