Responsible for the maintenance and operation of electrical and control systems for equipment in commercial restaurants, laundries, and boilers, as well as manufacturing and assembling control panels and power. Maintenance and diagnosis of electrical and control circuit faults in commercial kitchen equipment, laundries, and boilers. Reading electrical diagrams (Single Line / Wiring Diagram) and connecting circuits according to execution drawings. Manufacturing and assembling power and control panels (installation of circuit breakers, contactors, relays, PLC). Conduct continuity tests and functional inspection of panels before delivery or installation. Adjusting and programming speed control fundamentals for motors and temperature and pressure sensors for boilers and kitchens. Performing preventive and periodic maintenance on equipment to ensure continuous operation and reduce downtime. Documenting maintenance, fabrication, updating wiring diagrams and quality records.
