المهام المطلوبة: الرد على هواتف العملاء باحتراف والرد على استفسارات وشكاوى العملاء. البحث عن المعلومات المطلوبة باستخدام الموارد المتاحة. معالجة وحل شكاوى العملاء المتعلقة بمبيعات المنتجات لمشاكل خدمة العملاء. تزويد العملاء بخدمات المؤسسة ومعلومات المنتج. متابعة مكالمات العملاء المعقدة عند الاقتضاء. إكمال ملاحظات المكالمات وتقارير المكالمات حسب الضرورة وتحديثها في CRM. الحصول على جميع البيانات ذات الصلة وتقييمها للتعامل مع الشكاوى والاستفسارات. تسجيل تفاصيل التعليقات والاستفسارات والشكاوى والإجراءات المتخذة. الإدارة والتواصل والتنسيق مع الإدارات الداخلية. <p><strong>تفاصيل إضافية</strong></p><ul><li>عدد الشواغر: 50</li><li>نظام الورديات: صباحية فقط</li></ul>

الدور: مسؤول عن صيانة ومتابعة معدات خطوط الإنتاج والتأكد من حالتها الفنية الجيدة.المسئوليات:1- متابعة الحالة الفنية لمعدات خطوط الإنتاج والالتزام بخطوات العمل الموحدة (SOP)2- إجراء أعمال الصيانة التصحيحية في حالة حدوث أي عطل كهربي في خطوط الإنتاج3- القيام بأعمال الصيانة الوقائية لخطوط الإنتاج حسب جدول الصيانة طوال العام4- مراجعة ارصدة المخزن من قطع الغيار (الحد الأقصى والحد الأدنى وحد الطلب) وإبلاغ المدير المباشر في حالة عدم جودة قطع الغيار التي يتم استخدامها في اعمال الصيانة5- إتباع إجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية وسلامة الغذاء داخل المصنع والإبلاغ في حالة وجود أي مخالفات6- القيام بأعمال تنظيم وترتيب ونظافة مكان العمل بشكل دوري7- البحث عن فرص التحسين والتطوير المختلفة وتقديم الأفكار إلى المدير المباشر8- العمل طبقا لنظام M&W والتأكيد على حساب أوقات الصيانة التصحيحية والوقائية بشكل دقيق وتسجيلها على نظام الSAP PMالمعايير: تقرير الوردية (الأعطال – حالة تشغيل المعدات) للرئيس المباشر  نسبة إقفال أوامر الشغل الخاصة بالصيانات التصحيحية والوقائية تحقيق معدلات (استهلاك الكهرباء – المياه – الغاز الطبيعي) بالنسبة لكمية الإنتاج   تحقيق الإنتاجية طبقا للخطة السنوية المهارات: خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين مؤهل متوسط دبلوم صناعي تخصص ( كهرباء أو تحكم) أو أعلى القدرة على العمل داخل فريق مهارة تواصل<p><strong>تفاصيل إضافية</strong></p><ul><li>عدد الشواغر: 3</li><li>نظام الورديات: صباحية و مسائية</li><li>المزايا: تأمين صحي، تأمين اجتماعي، بدل انتقال، وجبات، ساعات إضافية</li></ul>
