Main responsibilities and powers of the job Monitoring the patient’s condition and assessing their needs to provide the best care and health advice. Responding to emergencies, implementing necessary first aid procedures, and monitoring the condition until it stabilizes. Transferring emergency cases to hospitals, accompanying them, and providing a final report on the condition. Monitoring and interpreting patients' symptoms and communicating them to physicians. Providing monthly reports covering emergency cases that visited the clinic and the amount of medications consumed. Carrying out routine procedures such as measuring blood pressure and administering injections. Following up on dosages and providing medications to patients and supervising doses as indicated by doctors. Maintaining facilities and taking necessary actions to maintain cleanliness and disinfection equipment. Providing immediate medical care in emergencies. Registering medical records for follow-up. Providing a healthy environment for patients. Continuous development and participation in nursing lectures and training courses. Providing monthly reports covering the necessary medical supplies to be provided on time. Responsible for booking appointments with external clinics if necessary. Job Description:Receive the sales orders schedule from the export customer manager and interact with the export management to monitor their activation considering the required arrival time. Make all reservations with shipping lines according to the loading plan to ensure the best service at the lowest price. Coordination with the Planning Department to determine the possibility of producing the production plan sent from the Export Administration in terms of raw materials and arranging them according to the shipment dates. Finding solutions for shipping and arrival times, in case the production fails to fulfill the required requirements. Coordination with the clearance department and opening customs certificates for shipments. Coordination with the warehouse management in order to start the container ordering process at the agreed dates. Requesting containers from transport companies based on the agreed loading times with the concerned departments (planning, warehouses, and clearance). Send the loading order to the warehouse department immediately upon ordering the containers. Knowing the financial position of clients in terms of approval or rejection of the download Follow-up to the process of leaving and entering containers to and from ports 24 hours a day Follow up on warehouse management to ensure loading based on the arrival times of containers according to plan and product. Monitor the condition of the refrigerator in terms of balances to avoid overcrowding and stopping. Carry out all bills of lading and deliver them to the documents department within 48 hours from the date the vehicle was moved Follow up with shipping agencies (land-sea) for all shipping operations. Role Objective (Outsourced) To supervise and optimize day-to-day production activities in a pump manufacturing environment. This role integrates technical supervision, Lean manufacturing initiatives, and proactive equipment maintenance management to ensure zero downtime and high-quality output. Key Responsibilities Shop Floor Supervision: Directly oversee machining centers, dynamic balancing stations, pump assembly lines, painting booths, and performance testing rigs. Asset Management & Service Bulletins: Execute and track Service Bulletins for all line equipment to ensure machinery is upgraded and maintained per manufacturer standards. Coordinate with maintenance to implement technical updates and equipment modifications. Spare Parts Management: Identify, forecast, and prepare the spare parts inventory required for machines on the production line to prevent downtime and ensure continuous operation. Technical Design & Blueprint Analysis: Interpret complex machine drawings and utilize CAD software (Auto CAD, CREO, or Solid Works) to review designs or design manufacturing fixtures. Lean & Continuous Improvement:Lead 6S audits, MDI board meetings, and Kaizen events. Utilize VSM to identify waste and improve flow. Waste Management: Supervise industrial waste segregation (metal chips, chemicals) and implement strategies to minimize production scrap. Operational Execution: Track KPIs (OEE, Quality-In process, On-time delivery) and manage shop floor manpower. Performance Testing: Supervise performance testing to ensure pumps meet the required Head and Flow performance curves. Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and manage the shop floor during peak production periods. Qualifications & Skills Education: B. Sc. in Mechanical, Production, or Aerospace Engineering. Experience: 1–3 years in manufacturing (pumps or rotating equipment preferred). Software: Intermediate proficiency in Auto CAD, CREO, or Solid Works. Lean & Technical: Practical knowledge of 6S, Kaizen, Waste Management, and equipment maintenance scheduling.
