<ul><li><p>Good understanding of Vehicle Assembly processes and the different stages of vehicle assembly.</p></li><li><p>Ability to monitor production processes and ensure compliance with the defined work sequence and specifications.</p></li><li><p>Ability to handle production problems, analyze root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of Problem Solving &amp; Root Cause Analysis techniques.</p></li><li><p>Ability to monitor and improve Cycle Time and achieve production productivity targets.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of Production KPIs, including:</p></li></ul><p>-Production Achievement</p><p>-Productivity</p><p>-OEE</p><p>-Manpower Efficiency</p><p>-Quality Performance</p><p>-Line Downtime</p><ul><li><p>Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of 5S and workplace organization.</p></li><li><p>Ability to follow and implement Standardized Work / Work Instructions.</p></li><li><p>Ability to participate in New Model / New Line Launches, including Trials &amp; Ramp-up activities.</p></li><li><p>Commitment to Safety, Quality, and Production Standards.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering.</p></li><li><p>1–3 years of relevant work experience.</p></li><li><p>Good command of English, both written and spoken.</p></li><li><p>Good proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.</p></li></ul><p></p>
