<p>Responsibilities:</p><p> </p><p>.Supervise and monitor mechanical systems operations across assigned sites within the Facility Management scope.</p><p> </p><p>Oversee HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and operational continuity.</p><p> </p><p>Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of technical issues</p><p> </p><p>Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and</p><p> </p><p>internal teams to support efficient service delivery. Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and operational updates.</p><p> </p><p>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all ctivities.</p><p> </p><p>Requirements:</p><p> </p><p>.Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.</p><p> </p><p>.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Facility Management, maintenance, or MEP operations.</p><p> </p><p>Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, and mechanical maintenance.</p><p> </p><p>.Previous experience in healthcare facilities, hospitals, or</p><p> </p><p>large-scale facilities is preferred.</p><p> </p><p>Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</p><p> </p><p>Strong communication and coordination abilities.</p>
