Requirements: Bachelor of Engineering – Mechanical Department. Experience of no less than 7 years in the counter and wood field. Experience in operating and managing production lines and following up on manufacturing processes. Ability to improve productivity, reduce waste, and raise operating efficiency. Experience in following up preventive maintenance and coordinating with maintenance teams. Proficiency in preparing daily reports and analyzing performance indicators. Leadership skills and ability to manage work teams and solve problems. Job duties: Supervise the production process and achieve the daily plan. Ensure application of quality and safety standards during operation. Monitor machine and production line efficiency. Improve work methods and increase production rates. Lesaffre Egypt for yeast industries is an Egyptian joint stock company for producing baking yeasts and yeasts extract. We are 100% owned by the holding company and part of Middle East & Africa baking region.<br><br>Lesaffre Egypt was established according to the Investment Guarantees and Incentives Law No. 8 of 1997, and registered in the Commercial Registry Office of Cairo Investment authority under No. 65570 on April, 14, 2013.<br><br>Our main operational purpose is to establish, manufacture, and package yeasts, yeast derivatives, and yeasts extracts. Currently, We employ more than 200 individual<br><br>Job Description<br><br>Derivative Sales <br><br>Achieve sales of Derivatives (CMS & Yeast Waste), meeting or exceeding volume and margin targets with a focus on maintaining the continuity of Production. Develop new market opportunities and customer accounts, especially in new industrial applications like Construction & Paper. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports in an accurate and timely manner. Manage CMS logistics & deliveries to customers. Increase the number of customers, especially distributors and major industrial companies. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services<br><br>Molasses Logistics.<br><br>Transportation planning and coordination. Timely delivery and shipment coordination. Coordinate with internal stakeholders “Production, Quality & Security” to ensure timely and compliant deliveries of Molasses. Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Electrical & Operations Engineer to take full responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and performance of our biogas upgrading and production facility in Nubaria. This is a field-based leadership role, not an office position. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in operational environments, has strong technical depth, and can own the site end-to-end—from equipment performance to team coordination and uptime optimization. Key Responsibilities1. Plant Operation & Performance Lead the daily operation of the biogas upgrading and energy production systems Ensure continuous, efficient, and safe plant performance Monitor key operational parameters (gas quality, pressure, flow, energy output) Optimize plant efficiency and minimize downtime2. Electrical Systems Management Oversee all electrical systems, control panels, instrumentation, and automation systems Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure rapid resolution Maintain and improve system reliability and performance3. Maintenance & Reliability Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans Ensure proper maintenance of compressors, upgrading units, pumps, and auxiliary systems Coordinate with suppliers and technicians for specialized interventions Maintain detailed maintenance logs and reports4. Site Leadership & Team Coordination Lead on-site technicians and operators Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards Coordinate daily activities and ensure operational discipline Act as the primary responsible person on-site5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Report operational performance, issues, and KPIs to management Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost reduction Support scaling and replication of operations across future sites Candidate Profile Education & Certification Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory) Relevant certifications in industrial systems, maintenance, or energy systems are a strong plus Experience5–10 years of hands-on experience in industrial operations Proven experience in operating and maintaining production or energy facilities Background in biogas, gas systems, utilities, or heavy industry is highly preferred Technical Skills Strong knowledge of:Electrical systems and industrial control systems SCADA / PLC systems Motors, compressors, pumps, and instrumentation Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently Personal Attributes Highly hands-on and field-oriented (not office-based) Strong ownership mindset – able to run the site as if it’s his own Leadership capability with operational discipline Problem-solver with a proactive approach Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment What We’re Really Looking For We are not looking for a typical engineer.
