Role Description The Textile Production Engineer will oversee and optimize daily production operations for terry and velour towels and related textile products in an on-site, full-time role based in Al Maḩallah al Kubrá, Al Gharbiyah. Responsibilities include monitoring and improving production processes, managing production schedules, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, and ensuring efficient use of machinery and materials. The role involves implementing production plans, maintaining product quality standards, reducing waste, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing lines. The Textile Production Engineer will collaborate closely with supervisors, operators, and management to meet export deadlines, uphold safety and compliance requirements, and support new product introductions. Qualifications Strong foundation in Production Engineering, with experience in textile or manufacturing environments. Analytical Skills to assess production performance, troubleshoot issues, and support process improvements. Production Planning capabilities to organize workflows, allocate resources, and meet delivery timelines. Quality Control skills to ensure compliance with product specifications and international standards. Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report on production status. Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of towel or terry/velour production processes and machinery is highly desirable. Familiarity with lean manufacturing, safety regulations, and basic maintenance practices is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Al Maḩallah al Kubrá, Al Gharbiyah, Egypt, and adapt to a fast-paced, export-driven production environment.
