JOB PURPOSETo revise on the project’s required materials and coordinate with Procurement, Purchasing, Technical Office and Warehouse Departments to ensure the availability of project requirements of materials according to the project schedule. Roles & Responsibilities Prepare/ modify/ update Material Histogram/ Delivery Duration from Suppliers & Subcontractors in order to have the adequate materials on the required time for operation/ execution while avoiding any cash flow issues or lack of materials Receive material submittal from TPD and Purchasing Department and follow up with technical office to review the materials’ specifications in order to prepare submittal form to be reviewed and approved by the Consultant. Coordinate with main warehouse to alert them whenever extra/ not needed materials are available and to check if the required materials are already available before ordering them.
