Job Title<br>Production Manager – Phosphated Drywall Screws Manufacturing<br>⸻<br>Job Summary<br>We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with deep technical expertise in phosphated drywall screw manufacturing to lead and optimize our end-to-end production operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of wire preparation, cold heading, thread rolling, heat treatment, phosphating, and final inspection, ensuring consistent quality, high productivity, and cost efficiency.<br>This role is critical in scaling production, stabilizing quality, reducing scrap, and achieving international standards (DIN / ISO / ASTM).<br>⸻<br>Key Responsibilities<br>1. Production & Operations Management • Plan, organize, and control daily production of phosphated drywall screws (fine thread / coarse thread). • Ensure smooth workflow across: • Wire drawing / preparation • Cold heading • Thread rolling • Heat treatment (quenching & tempering) • Phosphating & drying • Sorting, packing, and storage • Achieve monthly production targets (tons / pieces) with minimum downtime.<br>⸻<br>2.
