• استلام الشحنات من العملاء في محطات سوبر جيت والتأكد من صحة بيانات الشحن والمستندات المرفقة.<br>• إجراء فحص بصري مبدئي للتأكد من أن الشحنات مُغلّفة بشكل صحيح وآمنة للنقل.<br>• تسجيل بيانات الشحنات في نظام الشركة أو السجلات المعتمدة.<br>• التنسيق مع سائقي سوبر جيت بخصوص جداول الرحلات وتحميل الشحنات.<br>• الإشراف على عمليات تحميل وتفريغ الشحنات لضمان التعامل معها بشكل سليم.<br>• تسليم الشحنات في محطات الوصول والحصول على تأكيد الاستلام أو التوقيعات اللازمة.<br>• الالتزام بجميع لوائح السلامة والتشغيل وتعليمات المحطة.<br>• التعامل مع العملاء باحترافية وتصعيد أي مشكلات إلى الإدارة عند الحاجة.<br>• الحفاظ على النظام والنظافة في منطقة تداول الشحنات.

1.Operate and maintain and monitor systems (air conditioning – elevators – medical gases – fire alarm – fire suppression). 2.Prepare a monthly report for all systems and perform preventive maintenance. 3.Maintain and operate all water pumps in all buildings according to the maintenance plan. 4.Enter maintenance data and faults and preventive maintenance into the maintenance program daily. 5.Close monthly maintenance works and generate reports from the program and have the invoice signed by the Head of Maintenance. 6.Receive maintenance faults and direct technicians to them daily. 7.Monitor technicians and prepare shift schedules and monitor attendance and departure with the maintenance supervisor weekly. 8.Monitor maintenance of all fire stations daily. 9.Monitor maintenance and operation of ventilation fans, gas extraction, and electrical panels daily. 10.Monitor operation and technical status of diesel generators and prepare monthly reports on their status. 11.Monitor daily and monthly maintenance works and coordinate with the client’s maintenance management. 12.Approve all company invoices and collection memos. 13.Monitor implementation of annual maintenance items by contractors with the maintenance department and archive them. 14.Experience in maintenance works and facility management (very essential).<p><strong>Additional details</strong></p><ul><li>Number of vacancies: 2</li><li>Shift system: Morning only</li><li>Benefits: Health insurance, social insurance, housing, overtime</li></ul>

Follow up on the implementation of annual maintenance items by contractors with the maintenance administration and archive them.<br>14. Experience in maintenance work and facilities management (very necessary)<br>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong><br></strong>• Provide daily oral interpretation for the Chinese management team (meetings, site communication, task directives) to ensure accurate information flow.<br>• Handle written translation of project documents, systems, reports, and technical literature, ensuring translation quality and terminology accuracy.<br>• Assist in external liaison and business communication with local authorities, suppliers, and clients.<br>• Assist in organizing training and meetings, providing on-site interpretation to ensure effective outcomes.<br>• Organize and archive translation materials and maintain a terminology database to enhance efficiency and quality.<br>• Complete other project-related tasks assigned and abide by unified team dispatching.<br><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><strong><br></strong>• Fluent in Arabic, English, and Chinese, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translation skills for precise two-way interpretation and translation.<br>• 2+ years of translation experience (engineering, storage, grain, or manufacturing industry experience preferred); familiar with relevant industry jargon.<br>• Excellent Chinese communication skills, accurately understanding Chinese management's intent and conveying it clearly.<br>• Proficient in computer operations, office software, and translation tools.<br>• Responsible, meticulous, with strong confidentiality awareness and strict adherence to professional ethics.<br>• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills to manage cross-cultural communication smoothly.<br>• Strong collaborative spirit to work across teams and accept multi-tasking/multi-role demands.<br>• Compliant with all provisions under General Qualifications.</p><p></p><p>Job Location : New Delta<br><br></p><p>Preferred requirements</p><p></p><p>Translation experience in grain storage or engineering projects; professional translation qualifications; understanding of local Egyptian Arabic dialect.</p><p></p>
